Purpose
Through collaboration and partnerships with new and existing child care and development services, the San Joaquin Valley Regional Resource Center empowers agencies and organizations to create, expand and enhance high quality, inclusive child care and development services throughout a five-county region in the San Joaquin Valley. The five counties in the San Joaquin Valley Region 7 are Fresno, Kern, Kings, Madera, and Tulare.
